The Edwardian Cloakroom

I am very pleased to announce that Camping with the Barstows will be premiering in Bristol this December with a new score performed live by Jimmy Lions.

In 1957 The Barstow family set out on a mission to camp in every one of the 48 states of the USA over 5 summers. Camping with The Barstows is a re-edit of the films they made documenting the trip.

As part of Bristol City Council's interesting spaces initiative Portable Pictures will be turning a disused Edwardian cloakroom into an intimate cinema with hourly performances of the film to small audiences over three days; Dec 5th - 7th.

The Edwardian Cloakroom featured in The Guardian's Top 10 Arts & Culture Venues in Bristol earlier this year.
