Stephen Shore

I found these scans of Stephen Shore pics when I was clearing out an old laptop to sell the other day. They are all taken from his Uncommon Places series.

Sharing much in common with his contemporary William Eggleston, Stephen Shore was a pioneer of colour photography who found the beautiful in the banal. His Uncommon Places series documented his extensive travels across the USA between 1973 and 1979 shooting large format 8x10 negative.
