This stunt for the James Bond film 'The Man with The Golden Gun' was notable for being the first stunt to be extensively computer modeled. Every aspect of the stunt was worked out beforehand using a computer simulation to ensure that they would be able to shoot it in one take without causing any damage to the car or it's driver. So it's a shame that after all the careful planning and hard work that went in to ensuring the stunt was executed correctly the shot was undermined by a sound effect that would be less out of place in a Looney Tunes cartoon!
